We meticulously evaluate each lead, categorising them as fully qualified and sales-ready, needs further pre-sales qualification, or not qualified. Leveraging our in-house DQA lead scoring system, we rate each lead on a scale of 1-5, where 5 indicates the highest likelihood of conversion or pipeline registration, and 1 represents the weakest opportunities.
We prioritise delivering the leads with the highest potential for conversion first, ensuring your sales team operates with maximum efficiency and that you receive the best possible return on your investment.
In addition to lead scoring, if you’re utilising BANT call qualification, or an alternative method, we provide detailed transcript notes highlighting how qualifying questions were posed and answered. Our Platinum Package also includes in-depth feedback for each call, pinpointing areas for improvement such as ineffective questioning or lack of pain points. Our Gold Package provides a thorough review of 100% of your lead generation and telemarketing activities.
Each lead is scored on our 1-5 scale, as outlined above. We deliver feedback by prioritising the leads with the highest demand and the greatest potential for conversion, enabling your sales team to work more effectively and ensuring you receive the best value for your investment. Please note, this package does not include any additional feedback beyond the lead scoring.
